Trekker Outback top-cases designed for lovers of the off-road experience, improve safety and comfort and provide great convenience while riding.
The new Trekker Outback top-cases do not require a specific mounting kit and can be mounted on any existing GIVI Monokey plate.
For lovers of total black versions, there is also the Trekker OUTBACK Black Line range, whose all-aluminum body is completely painted black.
The TREKKER OUTBACK top case 58L provides the capacity to stow two full-face or two modular helmets.

Much better quality than Honda’s OEM products. Sadly, bought OEM side bags. Wishing now that I had purchased the total GIVI set.

Awesome case thought it would be too big.
Very happy with the case when I ordered it I thought it would be too big for my bike I have a 2022 Honda African twin And it actually fits great doesn’t look too big and my wife loves the back rest on it that I purchased also

Way better that the ones from Yamaha.
So I pulled the trigger on this for my bike as I wanted a top case for my bulky items, storage for the helmet and a backrest for the wife. I opted for the 58L as I needed to fit 2 full face helmets. Fits the wifes adult HJC and my 3XL HJC both with comms units and room to fit second face shields and second layers to boot.
I opted for the aluminium finish as the OEM black ones I have for side cases get to hot in the summer sun.
The build quality is fantastic with it keeping out water for 45 min in the shower (at that point I gave up and called it quits). The gage of aluminium is thick enough to be sturdy, but not so thick to keep down the weight.
Mounting and dismounting with the Givi monokey plate is super simple.
The locking system far exceeds the ones Yamaha uses. It is strong, simple and you do not have the feeling that you will snap the key off in the lock. In fact the keys are nice and thick and the lock works super smooth.
Now I just need a reason to replace the OEM stock side cases.

Typical Givi Quality
It's a big purchase but I didn't want to go through a couple of other options and end up regretting not getting this. Givi is expensive stuff but it is the best. Throw in fantastic customer service from fortnine and really fast shipping and I really have no complaints. By nice or by twice.

Awesome top box
I was a little concerned that the 58L would be a bit large for my bike (2018 Suzuki VStrom 1000) but it isn't. It's absolutely fantastic and a total game changer me because I never had a top box nor panniers previously.

Great But Not Perfect.
Not a horrible case but not perfect. I just don't see the price tag matching the quality. A couple things I would touch on. Like the cheesy straps that hold the lid on. Why would they use plastic like straps? I also find the lid latch a poor design. Does it have adequate storage, Yes but Sorry. I just don't see the price tag matching the quality.

I got the aluminum case. I was concerned it may look too big on the bike but it looks good. Still waiting to insure my bike and use the case. I recommend this product. It may be pricey but it’s solid and there is lots of room

High-quality top case
I had been eyeing this top case for several months. I have 2 side cases on my bike, but they open from the side and are just too small to hold all of my gear (I dreamed of being able to leave my helmet, jacket, pants, gloves, and boots on my bike when I went somewhere). This top case is an absolute dream! It is really well-built, so incredibly easy to install (and pop off when I don't need it), and such a great size. Now I rarely use my side cases because this can hold everything I need.
If you are looking for a top case that's large, easy to install, easy to use, high-quality, and light, I can't think of a better one than this.

Does this box fit on the support of the bmw r 1250 gs adventure 2020 or do I have to install the base for it?
I have a 2020 1250 GSA.
You definitely need to purchase the Givi base plate as it is specifically designed for the Givi OBKN58 Trekker Outback Top Case. The set up is great as it comes on and off with the flick of a latch. I only install the top case when I head out on a trip. It holds plenty and looks great.

can I open my bmw side panniers if I install this? I have a 2019 R1250GSA Thanks
Yes mine touch just a bit but since the hinges move you can slowly tilt away and then lift towards. I have this setup and it does work.
