Is this the right kit to mount Givi S250 tool box to a 2020 T Tiger 900 Gt OEM side case rack? I intent to mount it on the left side case rack.

No, the TL6415KIT is the correct kit. But it is designed to mount to Givi side case holders and not OEM side case holders.
