ECE rated and lots of features at a great price!
I bought this for use as a motorcycle helmet particularly for winter riding in Calgary. It's the same shell as the "motorcycle version" but with an electric face shield to prevent fogging.
Featuring the an ECE safety rating, electric shield, modular design, removable pads, integrated sun visor, quick release strap (yay no d-rings! Easy to use with gloves!) all at around $350 was fantastic. As electric visors are worth around $100, that puts this helmet into competition with $250 helmets - and it absolutely crushes them.
It's very quiet up to around 80kph, but gets loud at high speed; I feel this is due to the modular construction.
Somewhat heavy - again, modular helmets. It's fine when closed, but with the chin bar up the weight is much more apparent as it's moved further out from your head.
A fairly intermediate oval shape, with a decent amount of space between the chin bar and my mouth.
Air flow is pretty good, even with the cold weather breath guards in doesn't feel stuffy, but I've only ridden with it in the winter so far.

Does the job
Great looking helmet! The heated shield works quite well, it de-fogs quickly when it works. The connection is a bit tricky though and has given me some problems with staying connected. The fit is great, however it is not super warm if you plan on using in temperatures below -15C. Once you get up to a good speed you can feel the wind coming in from above the visor (yes I closed all vents), even when I blocked the bottom so wind can't go under and up, the wind comes through the top. The vision is also pretty narrow. I bought it simply on looks, so I feel like there are better helmets out there.

Questions
I am just wondering, is the drop down sun visor Amber or Black?
Sun visor is amber.

I assume a power cable is included. Are there multiple connectors available? Will I need to purchase additional machine-side wiring/harness/connectors? There's no photos of the wires, nor connectors listed.
Bought the helmet. It comes with a battery connector/harness (eyelets, fuse, and RCA style socket at the end of roughly 2.5ft of wire), a long cable with a spring/spiral section for stretching to run from the bike, which would easily fit inside your jacket thanks to the springy section regardless of your size. Finally, it's got a small cable to run from the connector on the visor to the end of the long cable, so you could keep the long cable somehow attached to your jacket, and just remove the short cable to avoid having wires flapping about when you're not using the heated visor.
It's also got a clip ostensibly to attach the short cable to the helmet, but I haven't figured out how to attach that yet.
