Halo Skelta Boost Front Wheel

Designed for and tested at trail centres, bike parks, street riding and at Hardline by some of the best riders in the business, the all new Halo Skelta wheels are some of the most durable in mountain biking and are built using 6069 T6 heat-treated aluminum with an invisible seamless welded joint for added security. The Skelta rim features a shot-peened surface which provides increased corrosion and fatigue resistance, as well as a uniform matt finish.

After more than a year of heavy testing, Halo developed the rim design to offer an even stronger wheel without excessive weight. Skelta's enhanced 30 mm internal width offers a confidence inspiring hooked rim profile for added control and tire security and is compatible with all types of tires, tubeless or not. They have optimized the width for tire sizes from 2.25" - 2.8", making them compatible with lightweight XC tires for ripping local trails, through to heavy casing DH tires for the gnarliest conditions.

Skelta Wheels have been put through their paces, not only throughout the Scottish Highlands and the trails at Hardline in Wales, but further afield performing on some of Utah's finest dirt. A challenge they were more than up to and a testament to not only their strength, but also their resilience to some of the hardest riding conditions in the world.
