Hayes Dominion A2 Hydraulic Disc Brake and Lever

Building on the award-winning Dominion A4, the Dominion A2 is designed for cross-country and trail riders. It delivers all the performance of the Dominion A4 in a compact two-piston caliper. The master cylinder is factory tuned for the shortest dead stroke possible and a crisp bite point, while the caliper features two 24 mm pistons in a structurally rigid, cold-forged design with a KingPin pad retention bolt for added stiffness. The hydraulic system, equipped with a motorsports-inspired Two-Stroke dual port bleed system, DOT 5.1 fluid, and a Kevlar hose, ensures reliable performance across all temperatures and easy maintenance. The Dominion A2 also incorporates the QuickBite system for fast, consistent burnish, paired with the D-Series rotor for improved thermal management and reduced brake noise.
