Glued to the road
The BEST all season tire available. Your bike will feel like it is glued to the road in any riding condition. HIGHLY recommended for those riding not just in the summer.

Beware only 3 sizes MS
Note that only 3 sizes are MS, the rest aren't. So they are not legal around here in the winter, Oct 1 to Mar 31.
I have the 150/70-13 and 120/70-14 on my Honda Forza 300 maxi-scooter. I went to Dawson City in the Yukon this summer. They were great on the gravel sections. The front now has a very strange scalloping and rides a bit rough. Handles well in the rain.
The Yukon tire lasted 13,077 km and the front tire has 19789 km with more to come.

Front tire seems defective
I purchased 80/90-17 for the front and 100/80-17 for the rear. I have studded them and am doing winter riding with them . They are good for traction for my application .
however the first time when road conditions allowed me to take them over 60km/h I noticed that the front tire had a hop. I went on some smoother roads to ensure it wasn't just the road , and the hop continued.
I checked my wheel bearings, steering head bearings , brakes , forks and rim and they are all fine , so that left me to check the tire. I noticed that the rim line was not even so I went back to the shop to have it professionally reseated hoping that this would fix the issue . It did not and the hopping continued. I found when checking for trueness on the tire that one side is higher than the other causing it to hop or skip on the road.
From all the other reviews saying its a smooth ride , I disagree, perhaps one of the worst rides, But I'm fairly certain this is due to the front tire being out of round as the rear is smooth. i'm very certain I have received a defective tire.

Questions
This may sound like a stupid question.. (new rider) but are these (scooter tires) appropriate for motorcycles given the fact the sizes for my CBR300 are in the options? Are 110/70/17 and 140/70/17 MS rated?
I doubt that they are speed rated for a motorcycle. I don't know for sure.
I had the 13 and 14 inch Heidenau tires on my Honda Forza 300 scooter to go to the Yukon. They were great.

is this tire omni directional front or rear?
Hi Relic,
Heidenau say the K66 4-season front and rear tires are uni directional. In other words, the tread pattern has been designed to rotate on the vehicle in only one direction.

What's the (MS) mean?
DanF9 is right, if i may, in short MS is referring to the tread design/pattern, not the rubber compound used for the tire, that has a separate RMA destination namely the mountain/snowflake symbol.

So can this tire be used on the front or the rear? If not what matches for a rear tire?
Check the sizing of the rear tire currently on your motorcycle.
My front tire is 120/70 and the rear is 130/70 - slightly wider, so you have to order accordingly.

Tubeless; it acullly doesn't say either but tubeless is what they are. The have a DOT# and all the on road marking approvals and requirements.

One of the review states not all of them are MS rated, I am looking to purchase 80/90 and 100/80 17inch on both, are they MS rated? (These will be uses with snow around)
MS = All-Season Tires with Mud and Snow Designation
If a tire has MS, M+S, M/S or M&S next to the size, then it meets the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) guidelines for a mud and snow tire.
The 80/90-17 and 100/80-17 are not MS rated.
