Pinlock 70 insert lens for helmets that use HJ-20P/HJ-27 face shields, such as the HJC DX-X1.
Features:
- Enhanced with fog resistant properties that increase the fog free endurance of the lens
- Includes a slit to keep the insert lens steady and tight between the face shield and pin
- The silicone seal creates a double shield system between the helmet face shield and Pinlock insert lens
- Features a dry hydrophilic technology membrane surface that absorbs moisture

- HJC DS-X1
- HJC RPHA 10 Plus
- Shields: HJC HJ-20P/HJ-27

I have had HJC helmets for a while and my adventure helmet came with clear lens. I wanted removable darkning lense and the tinted pin lock is the way to go. I had to do a little adjusting to fit no issue. Has O ring type seal around lenses to stop fog up also. I can then remove for night riding.

Works well but because cleaning it.
Had this on for a few months, took it off to clean it and sprayed it with windex. It ruined it completely. Went all blurry. Still recommend because it works so well just don’t clean with chemicals.

Shallow breathing for years
Glad I finally made this purchase. No more shallow breathing for me on early mornings. Did a 40 minute commute at 530am with temp at 4c and 80% humidity. Very impressed. Very tight fit in shield.

Does not work
Bought hoping to defog but does not work despite re-cheking seal. Very disappointing. Can I get my money back?
