Perfect Item!
Bought the mirrored visor. Exact HJC replacement for my FG-17. This is the only place in Canada I could find it.
This is actually my 2nd time ordering a visor. Both times the item was delivered within 4 days directly to my house. Totally profesional and trustworthy company. Will definitely order again from Canada's Motorcycle!!

On the darker side
HJC's light smoke is surprisingly darker than what the photo is showing. Perfect for daytime riding and safe enough when caught off guard with evening transition but wouldn't recommend riding at night without a clear lens. Shield fits is OEM.

Nice but very delicate mirror finish
Be careful what you use to clean bugs off this shield. I mistakenly used a little windex on microfibre cloth and the mirror finish rubbed away on that spot. The finish also picks up a lot of fine scratches even when using microfibre cloth to clean it.

Very dark, perfect for sun.
Got the dark smoke, really nice when I installed it and looked out the window into the sun/snow. Will definatly be nice on those dusk/dawn rides!

Questions
In the pictures, I do not see the Pinlock posts which are needed in order to accept the Pinlock insert. Can you confirm that the shield does indeed have the Pinlock posts incorporated? I presume that the Pinlock insert must be purchased separately.
The shield I ordered is the light grey tinted version and it does have the pin lock just above the visor lift tab. Putting the original shield side by side with the other and they are virtually identical other than the tinting.

Will this fit on my IS-17 helmet (HJ-20M visor)? I was told that the visors are identical for the FG-17 and IS-17 helmets.

The pics that show the colour options appear to be different shields. Before I order, I just want to make sure that all the colours displayed fit the HJC FG-17 with the latching mechanism in front centre of the shield as in the clear and smoke examples.
The pictures are only stock photos to give an example of the colours.
