HJC do not list this item as having UV protection

En théorie, oui elle est légal, toutefois vaudrais mieux s'informer auprès de vos autorités locaux afin de confirmer. Pour ce qui est de la visibillité, ce n'est tout de même pas recommandé de porter la fumé la nuit.
