Description
Pinlock 120 insert lens for helmets that use the HJ-26/HJ-26ST face shields, such as the HJC RPHA 11 Pro & RPHA 70 ST.
ProtecTINT Features: From clear to dark smoke in a matter of seconds. The Pinlock ProtecTINT insert lens react to UV light by darkening its tint colour automatically while keeping your helmet face shield fog free at the same time. Only available on the ProtecTINT Clear/Smoke color option.
Features:
- Enhanced with fog resistant properties that increase the fog free endurance of the lens
- Includes a slit to keep the insert lens steady and tight between the face shield and pin
- The silicone seal creates a double shield system between the helmet face shield and Pinlock insert lens
- Features a dry hydrophilic technology membrane surface that absorbs moisture
- Photochromic lens (ProtecTINT Clear/Smoke only)

Pinlocks Rock!
I fit these to all of my helmets. They do exactly what they claim to do.
Easily fitted, provided you have a Pinlock-ready visor and one of the simplest safety upgrades you can make for any ride.

I use a RPHA 11 helmet every day for commuting 12 months a year. I've had the helmet for over 5 years now. With the Pinlock insert, I can ride year-round without fog, 10/10. I recommend buying a new visor with the insert

Overpriced for no reason but they work!
Never understood why they would cost more or less than any other version of it. Its plastic! That being said, they do work and I always have one in my helmet. However on the RPHA i70st the visor actuallty rubs on the Pinlock and scratches it for some reason. So I have to buy a new shield insert each year.

I want to get a dark smoke visor, should i then get a dark pinlock? or would a clear pinlock be the best option. i don't really want double darkness if that will be the effect
Yes, we would recommend the clear pinlock on the tinted visor.

No, we would not recommend using any type of smoke or tinted insert for driving at night.
