Great open face helmet, will wear for city riding
Got it as a gift, from a friend who simply did not like it and was going to leave it in storage. Good quality helmet, though not a Schuberth. I'm used to a full face helmet (Shoei and Schuberth) and was surprised by the field of vision this RPHA 31 offers, had to get used to the amount of info the eyes see. Ventilation for the top of the head is fair, small holes do let some air through, would have liked a bit more. Fit is good for me and I really like the integrated smoke lens that slides down/up in infinite positions, not preset ones (I use it to just create a sun shield for the forehead at times). Chin strap is excellent once adjusted. I added reflexite self stick material on each sides and the back (on trims, not the shell itself) so I can be more visible, I don't think the reflective piping is enough. I cannot find a tinted main shield identical to the clear OEM one. All I find is a much smaller one that doesn't go down as much and no extension at the bottom and that's my only major complaint.

It is a very good quality helmet. I did mesure like they say and ordered according to that mesurement. I got it on time. But I now have an expensive helmet that is to tight on my chin, forehead and is very unconfortable for me. Finaly, I learn I have a Nolan head not a HJC head. Before buying on line go in a store to try a helmets.
