For anyone wondering, this is not what is shown in the picture. This chin curtain is the exact velcro one you would get if you bought a bran new hjc helmet.
Mine got thrown out with the box, needed a new one and was concerned it may be what is shown in the picture. That was not the case!

Is this the velcro chin curtain extension or the primary clip-in chin curtain? I'm looking for the removable velcro piece.
Velcro. With this in there isn't much open gap between your chin and neck
