Don't Buy a Mirror Coated Shield
First you see your own reflection which is distracting and reduces your visibility. Second the mirror coating is on the outside of the shield and rubs off VERY easily when cleaning. Third the locking mechanism at the center broke off along with a chunk of the shield when riding under normal use.
Having the shield break when opening it makes me wonder if it would shatter if a rock hit it or if in an accident. Overall very very poor quality.

After 1 month, it's already over !
I bought the silver one and the silver coating is already worn after 1 month. I used a rag for glass with a special stuff to be safe to take good care...and nope, the coating is very fragile ! It's already over for this visor.
You will also see your own reflection inside of the visor, which is not very convenient.

La pellicule miroir s'efface fur et à mesure qu'on la nettoie... Après 1 mois.. Plus rien... Ça devient transparent...

Sent the wrong one
I ordered the HJ20-M, FortNine sent the wrong one (HJ-20ST). The return process was fine but I was asked to reorder the HJ20-M however, it was now out of stock. I was left with no choice but to order from another company. That being said, the HJ-20M does fit nicely and easy to install.

Perfect fit for HJC IS -17
I bought a darker shield then this time around. When I had first received it I thought this is going to be to dark. But trying it on my helmet already and it is actually perfect. Sets off my helmet nicely without making it to dark to see thru.

As advertised - replacement fits perfectly
Needed a replacement badly, went from the clear to the smoke and it's been great. I was worried that it would be too dark with the sun visor down, but all is good. Fit my HJC IS-17 helmet perfectly. Prompt service/delivery as usual from FortNine.

Is that possible that the product picture is not the good one because it doesn't look like the original one that's on my HJC RPHA ST (i have a black clip on the center to seal the sheild. But on the picture i dont see it)

What does "Pinlock-Ready" mean? I have IS-17 helmet, can I buy this visor and replace the factory one without any problem (i.e. buy addition parts)?
"Pinlock-Ready" simply means that the visor has the pins required for installing a pinlock insert. This visor will replace the original visor without any problem, no need for any additional parts.
