- The Basic Jet Kit from HMF includes all the required tuning jets to properly tune your machine with an HMF Exhaust system.
- All HMF exhaust jetting has been predetermined with proper jetting specs to ensure the ultimate performance from your HMF product and should be used as a reference only.
- Proper jetting will ensure the full performance potention from HMF aftermarket high-performance pipes and is necessary on all machines.
Recommended Tuning:
- 165 Keihin Hex, 48 Pilot
- Stock 05 needle (NCVQ) - 3rd position
- Note: Removing the Air Box lid or an aftermarket filter may require 165-175 Keihin Hex

I got a 04 yfz 450 and I'm running and HMF performance exhaust. But it's not getting enough gas and the carb is stock I need to jet it but unsure what het size I need. Any advice
We would suggest speaking directly with HMF Performance for advice on the best jet size to use for the stock carb.
