Description
The Airflite™ Stealth is the first in the ICON lineage to contain the MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS). The MIPS BPS can reduce harmful forces transmitted to the brain by allowing a slight uncoupled movement of the shell and liner during a crash.
Exterior
The helmet's ventilation system consists of strategically placed air vents, intakes, air channels and exhaust ports. The oversized chinbar intake enhances airflow, keeping you cool by routing air where you need it most. A decrease of both drag and weight was achieved by sculpting the traditional neckline of the Airflite to avoid jacket or suit interference.
Shield
The Airflite has not one, but two shields. The unique quick-change fog-free shield keeps debris away from your money maker, while the internal interchangeable drop shield has the sun in check. No more swapping shields for cloudy or sunny days. Just reach up, flip the switch, and ride forever.
Interior
The removable sweat wicking Hydradry™ liner provides a snug and contoured fit. Air from the vents is channeled between the comfort liner and the protective,energy absorbing EPS foam liner to create a nearly perfect rider-focused interior. The airflow works in conjunction with the Hydradry™ liner to effectively reduce heat build up. Combine that with superior venting and a removable breath deflector which creates a nearly perfect rider-focused enclosure.

Life saver
I went down pretty hard. Got rear ended and this helmet played a roll in saving my life. Highly recommend especially with the MIPS tec. All four sides of the helmet were damaged but yet my neck and back were fine minus a concussion. Is it the perfect helmet no, it's heavy and a bit noisy but it looks great and I owe my life to icon for making it. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Helmet
I have been using this daily for about a month now, coming from a well-used scorpion full-face and before that a Scorpion modular. This helmet looks BADASS. Vision is clear and unobstructed and it includes both a smoked outer and clear outer shield which is great. The smoked outer is excellent when paired with the smoked drop-down visor, although I think the internal drop-down visor could definitely come downward more. The way the helmet fits me, the internal visor kinda cuts my vision in half (upper half more tinted and lower half brighter) which is frustrating.
I have noticed the padding in the inside is already showing some signs of wear, and the clear coat on the top of the helmet gets scratched/swirled VERY easily. The helmet therefore looks way older than it probably should with ~2,000kms of use. Overall I really do like this helmet, it runs true to size (my head is a Medium in the Scorpion lids and a Medium from Icon fits great).
Wind noise is on par or a bit louder than my Scorpion lids, although I always wear earplugs. I have not tried to mount coms on the helmet yet, although I intend to. It looks like it may be a little more difficult with how the bottom lip on the helmet is designed...

J'adore ce casque, confortable maintenant qu'il est formé a ma tête, il est léger et tient bien la tête bien serrée. J'aime la grande visière miroir Gold et le pare-soleil intérieur. Un peu bruyant, mais je le savais...

Great looking helmet.
So far helmet has been great. I have well over 500kms with this helmet now. As other reviews said I’m glad I went up a size to a large. Fit is perfect. Came with dark smoke and clear visors. I purchased the gold shield as well. It looks amazing. Only issue is there tends to be a glare so you can see your face. As long as you don’t focus on it, it doesn’t seem to bother me to bad. I find even in the evening when it’s starting to get dark you can still see fine through the dark smoke lens. Wouldn’t recommend riding with it at night. As for wind noise, It’s not the most quiet helmet but I have also had way worse. I ride with air pods so that helps a bit with the wind. Overall it’s a good helmet for the price.

Awesome helmet
Have ridden with this helmet for a couple weeks now and love it. A lot of people ask me what kind of helmet it is. Very minimal wind noise inside, lots of ventilation.
Only thing is I would probably buy one size up from what you usually wear. The one I got is a little to snug but not unbearable due to the padding.

Great value!
I have had this helmet for 3 weeks. I just got back from a 3000 kilometre ride through north Ontario and Quebec. This helmet performed very well! It is TIGHT to get on, but once on it fits very well. Good weight, good sound levels. Two things that would be nice. 1st, channels for the arms on my glasses. They are very tricky to get pushed through to my ears. 2nd, the speaker indents for a comm system need to be a little deeper. 3.0 mm would be good. They push into my ears. All in all. Great value and I love it. Looks sick too! Lol.

Great helmet but
I bought this helmet specifically because of the way it looks.
It runs very small. I bought a medium originally, then went to a large and after riding 2-3 hours my cheekbones start to become very sore.
For the first 2 hours or so it's a very comfortable though so I hope with time it breaks in some more.

Absolutely terrible
All of the sizing posts are correct. Why make a helmet that does not follow standard sizing? Doesn’t make any sense. Ordered a large, might as well have been a small. The visor is supposed to be treated for fog but fogs up instantly. Why make the visor fog free but not the drop down sun shade? Also, the photo online makes the visor look reflective, it is not. You can see through easily. Then to make it worse, you can see yourself in the reflection inside. Overall, very disappointed with this product. Will not be buying Icon again.

This model comes with both clear outer visor and tinted outer visor correct? Also what is the difference between this model MIPS Stealth and the Rubatone that only comes with clear outer visor??
Yes, the MIPS model comes with both the clear and tinted shield. This helmet has the MIPS technology which the Rubatone does not. MIPS stands for Multi-directional Impact Protection System. MIPS technology mimics the brain’s protective structure by reducing rotational forces caused by angled impacts to the head. The helmet’s shell and liner are separated by a low friction layer which allows the helmet to slide, noticeably reducing trauma to the brain in the case of oblique impacts.

I just ordered the Airflite MIPS Jewel in size 2XL. I have a very hard time getting my head into the shell even though it is supposedly sized larger than my head measures. Does the 3XL have the same shell size as the XXL?

Si jai deja un icon mais il est serré (large) mais quand je fait la mesure de ma tete je tombe limite M-L est ce aue je suis mieux de me commander un XL ? Et est ce quil a une garentie
C'est important de noter qu'après une utilisation constante, l'intérieur du casque risque de rétrécir en moyenne de 0.25" tout le tour. Si vous croyez avoir besoin de plus d'espace que ceci, alors oui un XL serait a considérer. Pour ce qui est de la garantie, la durée du manufacturier est de 1 an.

Are the visors that come with this helmet pin lock ready? I know it doesn’t come with the actual lens insert, but trying to see if it has the mounts for it
