RST silver wiped right off, it is now clear
Very disappointed! Payed 400+ for the helmet and another $70 for the RST silver visor. I do not use cleaning products on my helmet/visor. Silver coating on visor wiped right off after a few months of use while removing bugs.

Looks awesome
I bought this visor because the clear one that's comes with the helmet looks dumb I got the RST Blue to color match the Inky paint job version of the helmet I bought the visor is a bit darker than it looks in the picture here but still looks awesome there is a slight yellowish tinge when looking through it but it's a great shade the blocks out the sun greatly when the drop down visor is also down

Very Easy to Install A nice addition
I was very happy to see the shield once it was installed on the helmet gives it a stealthily look and keeps the Sun out of your eyes.

Simply beautiful
I purchased this visor to replace the stock clear one that came with the helmet. As with anything I have labelled Icon, great quality, the perfect amount of tint (not too dark yet dark enough). The visor is a stupid easy to change.
Fortnine as usual is Tony the Tiger .... GRREAT!!!!

Great customer service
Love the shield. Had an issue with the first one where the gold was flaking off, manufacturing defect. Great customer service, replaced it without issue. Good shading from the sun, easy to see through, both day and night.

Is the RST Silver actually chrome, or like a medium smoke (like between the Dark and Light Smoke version)? It's a bit hard to tell from the image.
The RST Silver shield really has a chrome/mirror look to it.

How are the tinted ones, like RST BLUE, at night? Is it fine at night in the City and lit highways? How about pitch black farm area at night?
I have the RTS blue and its a little dark at night I don't find it overly bad little hard to see the ditches on a night ride
