Not Icon quality
i bought this to go on a 12day moto adventure.. the shirt itself is built pretty good but the armor inside is absolutely horrible. I had to cut the shirt and remove the 2 outer pieces of foam on the cheast part as they dug into my armpits as i moved around... the pading is the cheapest looking padding i ever saw... the padding is cut out of flat pieces not curved ones that form to the body....these flat ones do not curve to the body so when you bend your arms the pading bends in weird ways. I thought it just needed to get broke in. but no.. 12 days later the shirt still sucks. I tryed to buy the klim tactical shirt but it was sold out. this was the only option that was left and it was junk... and expensive.....Surprisingly Icon would put there name on it.. now i know why there was avaliably on this product.

Feels good, looks safe
Fits very well. I’m 6’2, 220 with a 48” chest and the 2XL fits just right. I’m not entirely sure I trust this over my standard motorcycle jacket, but it’ll keep me safer than any-shirt in the summer.

Great Product but a bit expensive.
I bought this to wear under my riding jacket or as some basic protection for short rides to the gym under a sweater. Keep in mind if buying that this is not a stand alone product to wear as a full protection. It does offer some basic protection when riding. Ideally you should wear it under your riding jacket or vest. The Kevlar provides good slide protection. The foam is thin so it probably won't provide much impact protection however if you already have impact protection gear this is good as a base layer under. I use this long sleeve and the long pant under my riding jacket and riding jeans. I wish it was a bit cheaper as this is the same price as the icon vest 3 but you have to pay to play. If you are new to riding and don't have much expendable income I would not recommend this, but if you have some cash to spend grab this for some extra protection. Comfort is good, value for money is 3 it is a bit expensive and protection is 3 because it is not great but it is good.

Excellent extra layer of protection
I wear this under a heavy leather riding jacket or a 80s vintage Belstaff (It was my Dad's) and hope I never need the protection.
It is very breathable and allows for cooling. I'm 6'3" about 210ish lbs - XL fits great.

Make any jacket a motorcycle jacket
I bought this to use it with my rain jacket for my road trip. I didn't want to spend over 1K buying a waterproof motorcycle jacket when I already have a rain coat. But the rain coat lacked any protection. With this Armor Shirt, i get the protection I need and the waterproofness I need to ride through eastern Canada.
I wear a size L Icon leather jacket, and according to their size chart I'm M for this product. Although skeptical, I bought according to the size chart.
Size M fits perfect. The mesh material i REALLY stretchy. Like lady's stocking stretchy. All the impact zones have a thin layer of D3O coated by Kevlar I think. I wear this over an UnderArmor compression shirt.
The D3O is really comprehensive. The armor is cut into much smaller individual pieces and covers more area than the D3O Viper pads. Overall very comfortable, but you definitely know you are wearing it. I would not recommend this for track day use or aggressive riding. (1) I think the pads are CE lvl 1, which wouldn't offer enough protection. (2) When in full tuck position, the elbow feels a little stiff.

Super awesome, but sizing is off
It looked really well made, but the sizing is off. I'm normally between an XL and 2XL, but the 2XL was so tight I had to return the shirt

Icon armoured shirt
Great shirt! It essentially turns any hoodie/jacket into a bike jacket! I look forward to using it this summer!

Trying to find if the small can fit in a women 5.2 ´´/ 105 lbs / 34´´ chest Can’t find the sizing chart … thank!
How thick Is the D3O in this? Is it the same thickness as what comes in their jackets? I've heard rumours that it's pretty paper thin.
It is thin. Managed to protect me last year from injury in two slower speed accidents.
