Do not buy these boots!
The sole of the boots is decomposing after 600km of riding during the span of a month. Bought these in November and just started using them in May. And then the zipper broke. Check the pics attached. Highly recommend to steer clear of these even if they look really nice. Will be contacting Fortnine/Icon for a refund as per the Icon Warranty instructions. Very disappointed in the Icon build quality.

If I need to change the size, is return cost covered?
Hi, what is the circumference of the shaft on the boot? On a size 7 or 7.5 if there’s a difference.
Circumference measured at 30cm for both sizes 7 and 8. Very likely a 7.5 would measure the same.

Do these fit true to size or do I need to ho a half size up?
Yes, for me, they were true to size. They are comfortable and have worked well for me
