10.4 is ideally suited for 4-stroke road or dual-sport motorcycles, with wet or dry clutch, complying with Euro 2, 3, 4 or 5 emission standards, in regular use.

For whatever reason, believe it or not, I've found semi-synthetic works best in CBR125Rs. The last semi-synthetic I used was Castrol, which lubricated very well and last very long for a semi-synthetic, but this one, I can see, is working even better. This one is priced better than the Castrol too, especially the 4L.

Ipone oil and K&N filter
Oil is Oil , I always choose a good brand and the one on sale (Ipone , Motul, Hipertec). For filter don't gamble, take K&N every time. Fortnine is excellent in price, service, shipping, a top notch cie to deal with.

Questions
Is this oil full synthetic or semi because no where on the bottle does it say semi synthetic but only synthetic. I already have a jug of it and it says synthetic????
On their website they rate their oils from 1-"100% synthetic" to 4-"Mineral oil", with 2 being "synthetic plus" and 3 being "synthetic" this oil rates a 3. and without any more detailed information from the manufacturer other than a singe line in the product description saying it is sem synthetic I would say that yes this oil is a semi-synth blend, and probably not a high percentage of synthetic either (as their lvl2 synthetic plus likely is)

Is this good for a wet clutch, semi automatic ATV?
You would need to check your owner's manual for the type of oil recommended for your specific vehicle
