Great product but has to be used with care
The product contains some serious chemicals. You must use the helmet cleaner and rain off in a extremely well ventilated area. I sprayed directly on the cloth rather than the helmet to reduce the intoxicating smell.
After cleaning the inside and outside, helmet is like new, like the first day I got it. Paint shine is back, the pearls in the paint reflecting light.
Left it out in the garage to air it out as it still smells pretty strong. Instructions say to leave it for 1hr, I'm gonna leave it overnight!
Overall, the product does very well and is advertised. I just wish the smell could have been controlled somehow.

hoping to improve visibility in wet conditions
My wife and I purchased the water-repellent spray for our Schuberth C4 helmets, hoping to improve visibility in wet conditions. On our recent tour, we rode through quite a bit of rain but didn’t notice much difference in terms of water beading or shedding. It’s possible that a different application method or additional coats might help, so we’ll experiment further. We haven’t tried the rest of the kit yet, so we can’t comment on those items.

Interior cleaner works well with,very light minty smell to it., The exterior makes wiping bugs off easy.Havent been in the rain yet to test the water repellent.
