Great pricing
I purchased these about a month ago, and they are a quality product. The flange is much better than the plastic center caps, that are cheaply built, and eventually fall off.

Will these fit a 12 x 7 delta steel rim 4/110 bolt pattern, The diameter size on the rim at the cap location is 2-5/8"?

What is the diameter?
These measure 2.686" in diameter, and are specifically for ITP wheels

I see one answer says these caps are 2.686 inches diameter. Is that the diameter at the top ITP logo end or the diameter at the wider bottom lip? I have aftermarket rims with a 71mm bore (2.795 inches).
Yes that’s right. In case you didn’t get an answer. The 2.686in (68.224mm) is at the top, or the size of the cap, depends how you look at it. I’d say it’ll be loose if the rim hole is 71mm
