For use with shimano, which olive and needle should be used? 59 or 90
As per the manufacturer, you should be using the appropriate Jagwire fitting; not the Shimano fitting. They do not recommend mixing and matching fittings across brands.
The bronze Jagwire needle would be used for brakes designed for BH-59, and the silver for BH-90.
