Now the Jethwear Phase Backcountry helmet is equipped with MIPS, a brain protection system where the shell and liner are separated by a low friction layer. MIPS has been proved to reduce rotational motion when implemented in a helmet by absorbing and redirecting rotational energies and forces transferred to the brain. The FidLock magnetic closing system makes it easy, quick and secure to buckle your helmet with one-handed operation.
