The Joe Rocket Men's Alter Ego 2.0 Touring Boots are designed for riders who need dependable protection and comfort in changing conditions. Built with a 100% waterproof core-composite leather upper and a Dry-Tech waterproof membrane, they help keep feet dry while the breathable inner liner supports all-day wear.
CE EN 13634:2017–rated protection is reinforced at the ankle, toe, and heel, with an added toe shifter pad for durability. An anti-slip rubber outsole and articulated ankle improve stability and movement on the bike, while the side-zip entry with hook-and-loop closure allows for quick, secure fastening. Reflective trim adds visibility for riding in low-light conditions.

Euro and US Sizing do not agree
I don't know what to do except provide a neutral review in terms of stars. The boots appear to be welll-made and sturdy, but were only in my house for an hour before the return shipping label was on and they were back in the hands of Purolator. The translation of euro sizing to US sizing appears to be way off; I take a euro 49/US 14. These boots were ordered, and labeled, as US 14, but are also clearly labeled as a euro 47. Based on how they fit me (they don't), the euro size is accurate, and the US size is super optimistic. Keep this in mind if you're ordering; if this applies throughout the size range you will need to be ordering a size bigger than you think. As for me, that isn't an option as the "14" is the biggest they offer through Fortnine. Too bad; they looked like nice boots.
