they look good and that's it
Good style.Decent protection.
Horribly uncomfortable, the stiching inside will hurt your fingers.Rigid and difficult to flex, they will make just holding the bar an effort. The wrist attach is useless and will not prevent these gloves from being torn off in an accident.I did five hundred meters with them before switching back to my old uglies.

Do not buy this gloves!
The first pair of Joe Rocket Iron Age Gloves arrived with ripped stitches on the wrist (one glove). The second Pair of gloves came with small cat and tangled knots of the stitches on the wrist (one glove). The manufacture in Pakistan does not know how to set the sewing machines up and the quality control from Joe Rocket let it go through. I am not willing to waste my time to put the picture on.
I am done with Joe Rocket, $90.00 should be enough to make decent gloves.

Not impressed yet
They look good, but if I'd been able to try these gloves on before buying, I'd never have bought them.
I bought an XL, which is what I usually wear. The finger length seemed like it was going to be long, until I rode with them, and then the stitching on the index finger made me wish the fingers were longer. Painfully uncomfortable.
Worse, the fingers are so narrow that I can barely bend my fingers enough to hold on to the bars.
I've started wearing them now as work gloves, in hopes that I'll get them broken in enough to make them comfortable on the bike, but I'm not overly confident that these will ever be my go-to glove. A shame, because I think that with a better fit they'd be nice gloves.
They are a great argument for external stitching though. Man, the stitching in the fingers is uncomfortable.

Best for Cafe Summer Glove
I love these gloves. Super comfortable after break-in (like any leather, few weeks). I wear S size and they are a great fit. These are definitely summer gloves, they breath well, and are cold AF in the winter. My first pair lasted about 300 rides before starting to tear near the index finger (near knuckle, right hand). I'm on my 2nd pair now, and will definitely buy a 3rd when the time comes. Nothing lasts forever.

Not bad for the price
These were pretty snug until they broke in. After using them for a few thousand k they are incredibly comfortable.

Mixed bag.
Reaching the end of the life of my second pair of these. Not sure where the "so uncomfortable" comments are coming from... they required a bit of breaking in, but after 15,000 km on both pairs, they fit like a second skin. In fact, were they NOT as comfortable as they are, I would not have purchased a second pair.
The pros: Super comfortable after break-in. Look great. Feel great. Fit great,.
The Cons: They just don't last that long. First pair, stitching in the fingertip of my left index gave out. Second pair, hole has developed on the middle of the right thumb. I've never "gone down", there's never been any abrasion on them. They've just... worn out. A season per pair just doesn't justify the price.
That said, if you're looking for a decent, good looking, well fitting, comfortable glove, and your riding is primarily urban, with some short country cruising, you could do way worse. But for the cross country, touring stuff, packing on serious miles... they just won't hold up. I wish they did, I'd buy a third pair right now if they were just *that* much tougher.

Look good but not the most comfortable
They've got a great aged/rugged look. But being unlined, unpadded, made from stiff leather with unsupple stitching: they're not what I'd describe as comfortable. Even after twelve 8hr-days of riding across a variety of terrain, still tough as new boots. Will probably use them with glove liners in the future. Quick side note: as I've very large hands I had to order the 3XL size, length-wise a good fit but man, you'd have to have some seriously fat fingers to fill these gloves at that size.
