Nice all around jacket.
Lots of options to adjust fit. Had to replace back protector to a D30 because Vault is too bulky also more comfortable. Easier to layer undearneath too. Short on waist but belt loops are a big help.

Solid for cool weather riding
I caught this jacket on F9's YouTube channel "beginners recommendations 2017" video. I'm on the coast of California and interestingly Joe Rocket doesn't have this jacket in textile in the USA (looks like a Canada exclusive). I used a Canadian friend to get it to me. :)
Anyway - back to the jacket: if you live somewhere that gets humid/hot regularly I would skip this single "season" jacket. Cool weather riding this jacket is awesome. No rain yet.
Female and the fit is boxy but doesn't ride up, back protector is solid, standard CE grade shoulder and elbow. One slow speed scuff, jacket undamaged.
Solid recommendation by Ryan and the F9 crew.

Overall Good Jacket
There are tons of options to adjust the fit of this jacket. Snap buttons around the arms, velcro around the waist and velcro around the wrists. There are also venting options on the arms and around the torso. The also jacket looks simple and stylish. The only complaint I have is that the threading on the velcro strips on the wrists is already coming off.

Very comfortable
I've had Joe rocket for years and Ice never been disappointed. The Reactor is very comfortable right from day one. I ride a Concours 14 and it suits the style of rising I do perfectly.

Shoulder Armour pocket not secured so Armour does not stay in place over shoulder and just ends up over the back of your upper arm. Other than that defect, great jacket.

Great Jacket
Fits true to size chart. Very comfortable. Rode it in +7 (all zipped it is very warm), in +19 with all the air vents open it keeps you cool. Good looking, plenty of pockets.

Questions
Does this jacket come with a removable insulation liner? Is it ready for 3 season riding?
No, there is no removable insulated liner. You would need to layer up underneath for it to be suitable for 3 season riding.

Est ce que ce jacket est windproof et waterproof ?
Good thing you typed windproof and water proof in English. This jacket makes an excellent wind breaker. It also protects you from light rain, but I wouldn't rely on it for extended periods of rain or heavy rain.
