As far as I know the valve stems all over North America the same size as for the angled valve stems they work great easy to get at

The vast majority of motorcycles/scooters/etc. are 10.3mm (10mm works fine). Only a handful of italian and british bikes use the smaller size.

These 10mm valve stems, are they meant for standard 11.3mm motorcycle rims? If not, what rims use 10mm valve stems? I've only ever seen 11.3 and 8.3mm rims for motorcycles and scoothers,
Yes the 10mm will fit on the 11.3. I took a chance and ordered them and they fit perfectly on my front and rear rim from a yamaha fz8. Tire size 120/70 and 180/55.
