Does this come with a handle bar mount?
Yes, very nice and solid plastic mount.

What diameter handlebars will the mount fit. I have a 2014 Suzuki Boulevard M109R Boss, which has thicker handlebars.
It is an adjustable compression type mount with rubber grips, Kappa claims suitable for 8-35 mm bars.
