Nice bags
Initial impression as have not used yet. They appear to be well made and reasonably sturdy, should be easy to mount. The bags have zipper closures and only enough material for a single roll down. Would be nice if a bit taller allowing for a double roll. Thick liners are not removable. Front pockets are not waterproof. And like all soft bags, volume is overstated by about 20%, I estimate these at about 20 litres each.
Things I would change; increase volume to 30 litres, add two inches to height, and hood for zippers on pockets.
I like the bags, they look like good value for the price and will keep.

Great looking bags
Mounted these saddlebags using the Givi Tubular Side Case Holder PL727 since the Kappa holder was out of stock. I wanted the tail bag sitting on the seat behind me (rather than extending on a rack out the back of the bike) so I didn't order the top case portion of the holder. This worked great to install, just added a small "shelf" bracket using the screws behind the license plate to keep the PL727 secure at the right height. Added a couple rubber pieces to the unused extensions, but they are only for cosmetic reasons because the rack is completely solid the way it is mounted. Also removed the Monokey latches from the holders since they are unnecessary for soft bags. Love the quality of the bags and the look of them. Lots of space for everything I need for a weekend trip. Also added the Kappa RA319 Tail Bag. Lots of room in it (it's empty on this pic so it needs stuff in it to make it fill out properly) I love the design on the back on the bags and how secure they are on the bike. Added one bungee cord (included with the bags) to attach them together at the back.

Works as advertised!
I bought these bags for a 1500km trip in the fall. After some fiddling, I found the proper way to strap them across my bike saddle. Great quality/finish, with one small niggle: one side cinch strap was looped backwards and did not lock. I had to remove end-stitches to make the correction. I like the orange interior making it easy to find stuff. Watertight, no problem over a 400km ride in the rain.
One thing that worried me was the way the saddle straps are sewn. when placing the bags properly, the straps pull at a sharp angle and pull on the stitches, making me worry they might begin to tear. Just to relieve my insecurity, I used additional straps of my own (see picture).

Questions
What are the dimensions of the bags, please?
330mm x 250mm x 390mm (height x depth x width)

Does this product include the luggage rack? If so, will it fit a Yamaha MT07 2020?
No, it does not include a luggage rack. You'd have to purchase compatible racks for your bike separately. These are universal saddlebags, the best way to determine fitment is to compare the bag's dimensions to the space you have on your bike. This will give you a good idea of whether or not the bag would fit the space you have.

Can I use these bags without a luggage rack?
No luggage rack needed. The fitting system consists in double hook & loop straps, running under the seat.
