Just installed this today. Unfortunately it doesn't install easy on a used kickstand, any warping of the foot just from normal wear and tear makes it very difficult to install. I couldn't manage to get the third screw in and I only managed the first two with liberal use of a hammer. It may be possible to get the third in with lots more metal mashing. Also, the screws are torx, which is a terrible fastener choice only slightly better than slotted and the bottom of the foot is aluminum when it should be steel. Aluminum wears terribly easy by comparison, better corrosion resistance, though. It'll do.
