Good grip on rocks
This is the second Ibex K774, I run this or a Bridgestone M59 and find them similar in cornering ability, but the Ibex maybe has a slight edge in the wet due to its softer compound. I ride mainly rocks, roots in the Pacific Northwest

Surprisingly
I used the Kenda Ibex rear tire for one week of singletrack riding and I was so impressed with the grip, I decided to get the front to match. I've been through many tire sizes, brands and compounds and I have to say this Ibex is the most comfortable I've felt on this bike for the conditions I ride.
If you ride various types of singletrack and want your bike to stick to the trail, give the Ibex front (and rear) a try. I've got a second set in the cart for spring already.

Good tire for slow single track on a 150-250 bike.
I bought this tire to replace a dryout m59. This is a soft tire ! If you ride slow it works very good and it never failed me. I ride a ktm xcw450 and on a 450 for medium to higher speed it feels soft and fold a bit in corners. I had to slow down more in turns because i did not trust it to hold. I do think on a lighter bike at slower speed it is very good. Wear is good after 40 hours almost like new very little wear and no chuncking.
