Best for plowing
I looked at every manufacturer Warn, Quadboss.... this KFI roller fairlead is by FAR the best. The price that FortNine sells this for, I don't know how they make money? The image is an exact representation. Two thumbs up from me!

Can this be used as is with a synthetic winch cable or is anything else needed?
YES.....
Make sure that you mount it with the largest roller at the bottom.
You won’t need to purchase anything else to use it with your synthetic cable.
