This is a universal product, there are u clamps included with the trunk to mount it directly on your ATV rack.

Is the cover water tight?( Water seal )
Technically not. By the way they are built, it keeps the water from getting in, but not if it is dropped directly into water.

Does it have a light ?
Does the gas can holder come with it or where can I purchase one for it?
I checked with Kimpex, and they don't actually have the component pictured. Their gas tank goes inside the trunk.
