not good at all
i received my seat put it on my atv went for a ride and when I got of my atv the two back latches was undone I was surprise about that plus that if I put a lock on it I be afraid that it would wear the hold and rub against the rubber which in time would wear that out not very satisfied at all.

Great seat, comes with all necessary hardware. I got the heated grips operation, my wife loves it.
