Tips fall out
The carbide tip losened it’s self on both mine and my cousins set after 4 times out with them. Huge waste of money

As advertised, adjustment recommended
They work as advertised, I would undo the scratcher tips when you receive them (or at least the nut) and put some of the included thread-lock on them and re-tighten them. Mine moved to a different angle than expected and I had to re-tighten them into the right position. Small detail, but worth mentioning.

Questions
Does this come with the rail hooks? Or do they need to be ordered separately?
Need to order seperate. I've bought a few sets of scratchers and been pleased with these. My set lock well onto my rails and have not found the need for holders.
