Great Klim Product (As usual)
Hello.
I purchased these as I wanted a good solid boot for dual-sport/adventure riding (Goretex + good protection).
They run a bit small. I'm usually a 9, had to return and get the 10.
Love the mechanism for tightening the boot. Always a perfect fit without pressure points.
A bit on the stiff side for walking around, but after the first two/three rides I could already feel them loosening up.
A bit on the expensive side, but I keep my gear a long time and could not afford to cut corners and get cheap gear.
Plus as with all Klim gear, you get a great guarantee, little extras like spare sole inserts, etc.
I think I will enjoy these boots for many years to come.
Overall, great purchase.

Nearly perfect but not quite...
These are very well made boots in typical Klim fashion, have lots of high quality features and for me at least also fit great. The mix of materials is ideal with more protection where needed, like in front of the strap buckle, the shins and ankles, and the boot flexes well in the right places while still being stiff, even when new. Easy enough to get on and off but very secure on the foot. They're just tall enough and have a good sole for an adventure boot, which doesn't squeak when walking (yay!) And if you're into hi-vis colors, the asphalt hi-vis boot looks amazing.
Also in typical Klim fashion though, the boot feels more like a snowmobile boot... overly beefy and with a fairly tall toe box. I had to raise my shifter to get the boot under it, which isn't as natural a position. The boa system is cool, but to me unnecessary and cumbersome. It doesn't really add much in terms of fit or security, and the wires are all over the place when they're loosened, catching the strap closure if you're not careful.
So - not perfect, but still a great boot. I've adjusted to the shifting position and fiddling with the boa. I would suggest only snugging up the boa and not tightening it, as tightening it doesn't really make a difference and is likely to eventually cause damage. In terms of fit, 10 fits like a 10 for me, but why not make half sizes? The optional insole is a poor substitute.

Solid boot
I have had only a few rides using these boots so far, so they are still breaking in. They are a nicely made boot, built for a good amount of protection and support. They are not as off-road focussed an an MX boot but should be a very capable adventure riders boot with a little more bias to the street and more walking comfort. I elected for these for the added support of my ankles and they lend added confidence when planting my feet. They have a nice grippy sole. The toe pocket is fairly tall and may require slight adjustment of controls, but once set the boots flex well enough already for easy shifting. One buckle had an issue up of the box where it wouldn't lock shut and stay closed due to a malformed strap. Klim addressed the issue immediately by sending me a new strap directly.

bulky, but the best I had so far
These boots need really long socks. Luckily I have Klim ones.
Soft, breathable. very good quality of materials.
Very good for long rides when you don't want to think twice because of the weather conditions.

Very good boots!
These fit well right out of the box. My only suggestion would be to go up to the next size if you are between. I usually wear an 8 1/2. I bought an 8. It is snug, but they wear in. I would go to the next size larger as the boots come with adapters to size down by 1/2 size. Otherwise a great pair of boots. Really enjoy riding with them.

First pair leaked....
The first pair leaked after less than a year. Klim replaced them which was great but the replacement pair leaked as well, same right boot. Bad luck or a bad manufacturing run...?????

Great boot
This is a great boot except there is a pressure at the top of the toe box. From what I have read this will work itself out over time. Quality is great and a great Adv boot

Comfort Galore
Great boots - very comfortable and waterproof. If you are looking for something primarily for touring and some gravel roads these are great. Heavy off road you will want more protection. Word of caution they do run small. I wear a 10 and sometimes a 9.5 so ordered a 10 in these and had to send back and reorder in an 11 and they fit perfect. They have a high toe box which can impede with shifting. I had to order a peg lowering and shifter relocation kit to be comfortable shifting while using these. Before ordering the shifter relocation kit I felt like a ballerina trying to pirouette, had to point my toes straight down to get the shifter. These are great boots that are extremely comfortable and waterproof. Hasn’t been warm enough yet to see how warm they get, but the goretex will help.
