Rated 1 out of 5 by from Consider other manufacturers when shopping Don't get me wrong, I love the gloves. But the quality on these is less than spectacular. Purchased in Fall of 2023, so little riding time that year and then in Spring 2024 on May 24 ride, the seam on the inside of the index finger started to come apart on the first day of a 4-day trip. I opened a case with Klim for repair / replacement. It took the better part of a couple weeks to get the conversation to the point of "We will be replacing your gloves". Once that was decided, they then informed me that they are out of stock of the colour / size for my replacement and can't give an ETA on when they will be available. Well, that doesn't do a darn thing for me considering at this point in time I am 3 weeks out from a 3 week cross country trip. I have since gone through and stitched up the old pair for what I can to make them work for my upcoming trip. And to top this all off, before the release the new gloves to me, they require you sending in a picture of the gloves with the fingertips cut off them to validate they have been destroyed. So, now I must cut up the bad gloves, leaving me with no gloves for the next 3-4 days while I wait for you to ship me the replacements? Get serious Klim. You sold an inferior product, and now you are making it a joke to get them replaced. I am seriously second guessing the $1500 for my Carlsbad jacket and pants. I really hope I never have to send those back. If I do, I will simply replace them and sell the replacements on marketplace when I get them. Keep in mind, I do love their product, but the hoops they make you jump through for them to replace their product from a manufacturing issue is absurd. But at the end of the day, I think these are the last dollars I will be giving to them. Klim, if you are reading this, you really should take these comments to heart for the price we pay for the product, your customer service is lacking and should be addressed before you burn any more bridges with people. You HAD a good reputation that is slowing eroding into dust. You should address this. If you have questions, I am sure you can find me in your RMA system to reach out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, uncomfortable lining I bought a pair of these at another shop this spring. The fit felt ok when I tried them on - I have large hands and XXL fit well. I noticed the seems in the lining felt a little rough at the time, but figured they would break in over time. They never did, but the seems on both index fingers split open. When I returned them to the store, I was told I would have to leave them there, and they would send them to Klim to have them replaced...and I would have to wait. I repaired them myself, and have since ordered the gloves that they copied (Rev'it Sand). I'm typically impressed with Klim's quality, but these gloves were a waste of money...a shame, because they ventilate well and look sharp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fit Very comfortable and the sizing is accurate. Lots of wind flow through the glove and can be used with a smartphone. I would have given the gloves a 5, but they are expensive. Can't beat Klim products!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality The gloves are very comfortable and do vent well but the quality is very disappointing. In less than 1000km and a month of riding the stitching tore on one of the gloves. After contacting the support team I was informed I had to talk to KLIM for warranty. I did so and they said they were out of stock and issued me a gift certificate for their website. They made me destroy the old gloves. I tried to buy a different item to only find out that they do not ship to my address in Canada. Not only that there prices on the website increase almost 25% when you sign into an account. Whatever reputation KLIM had in my mind is gone and I will no longer be purchasing any of there products. I also noticed that when

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Comfortable the first 20 km. later on are not! I purchased this pair of gloves, tried on it was Ok, but after 20 km of riding the top plastic protector started depressing my knuckles painfully and left marks with pain. I just put them aside and used happily pair of gloves (10 CAD) from princess auto, which I had just incase for changing a tire ore or other repair if it is necessary. Happily did 2000 km. summer trip with Princess Auto gloves!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn’t Last - Seams split within weeks Within about 3 weeks the seam on the left hand split open. It’s not a particularly stressed point in the glove either. Others had mentioned the seam quality and my bad for taking a chance anyway. Don’t buy these. I’m buying replacements today.
