Much better than generic knitted liners
For photography in "extreme cold" (e.g. -20C), I needed new mitts and my Klim's with these liners seem to do the job. I've had them out in -17C but not for long and now it's Spring, so ask me again next winter; but my hands stayed warm. Hope to get back to skiing some post-pandemic day - also an intended use. I like the electrostatic finger-tips, although they're a bit broad, for working touch-screens in the cold without going completely bare-handed.
