Great jeans - check the colour before purchasing
These Klim jeans are expensive, but you can see where the money goes. Full length kevlar lining; D30; quality construction. Fit and comfort are good, and sizing seems true.
My only issue initially is that I selected "Dark Blue", which turns out to b a fairly light blue colour. The awesome customer service team at Fortnine sorted me out with an exchange for "Stealth", which is actually a dark blue / 'indigo' colour.
Attached photo should help you decide which colour is right for you.

Well made & comfortable
The jeans navigate the need for protection, comfort and style very well. They are expensive, but justify the cost with the tech, fit and finish. See my video review.

Do riding jeans get better?
D30, Booty bone protector, Kevlar enriched and Cordura enhanced are a few reasons why I think these might be the best riding jeans period.
My only advice.. size up a size or 2.. don't do what I did, save yourself the emotional trauma of buying your normal jean size and trying to force the button closed while crying to your wife to throw out all of the junk food in the house.
Its the hip armor I swear!

Great product
Had bought the Fifty ONE jean for being the best riding jean out there but the style and cut of the jean was way too wide/baggy for my taste. I returned them and purchased the new Fifty TWO riding jeans that were created to be a slimmer more modern cut. Same protection, better style for my taste.

Better than I had hoped
Very comfortable. Easy to wear on an off the bike. You would never know by looking at them that they are armored. They are warm and heavy, but that is to be expected. I was soo tired of wearing full riding pants ALL THE TIME.

great pants!
I bought these a couple months ago, have now been able to ride some and absolutely love these pants, sizing was spot on with charts and fit finish and cut is top notch. knee protectors can be easily positioned for best fit. highly recommend these pants over the fifty1. much better cut.

Great Riding Pant
The quality of the fabric and padding is great. The pants look and fit great. I originally purchased the Klim K Fifty 1, but the sizing was quite large and the fit was really baggy. The Klim K Fifty 2 fit much better.

Fantastic pants
Bought this size based of Levi's sizing and they fit perfect. I unfortunately bought the tall version and they're a bit too long. I'll definitely be buying a regular length pair for next season.
The armor is nearly unnoticeable from the outside, they look like regular jeans. Super comfortable too.

Questions
This size chart doesnt match the Klim website chart, for a 36" waist / wear wranglers, levis and scorpion covert in a 36.... Klim site says size 36 but this chart says 32? Which is correct? And how much slimmer do these fit? Similar to the covert jeans?
Klim's fit is usually very similar to the size your normal jeans would be.

I would like to know if the klim 2 pants have a slim fit as I find the klim1 legs fit very baggy
They fit like "regular fit" Jean's, not a tapered leg skinny fit, but they do fit good around riding boots.

I ride Harley and you know how the heat that come out, can you feel the heat when you are wearing it.
Not an exact answer for you, as we do not know what Harley you are riding, but to other Harley riders say they are okay standing up to heat coming out of the bike. The jeans themselves are warm when not on the bike, but when riding, they have more air flow through the material at speed compared to similar riding jeans.

How can we order between SHORT, REG or TALL ? Can you wash them in water or you need to take them to the cleaner ?
It is recommended that these pants be washed separately in warm water using a mild detergent after removing the padding. Do not dry clean. I did not realize that these pants were available in short regular or tall. I am 5 foot seven and ordered the regular. They are 2 to 3 inches too long for me so I will get them hemmed.

Does anyone have experience riding with these in summer? With all of the Kevlar and armour, are they at least cooler than riding in full leather pants?
Rode in them last summer, 30°+ weather and they were good, much cooler than leather, also found I never sweat in them, rate them good on moisture wicking as well, very happy with these pants

Would the 52's fit over my Sidi Air Flow boots or would I need to tuck the pant legs in? If they won't fit over, maybe I look to the 51's.
NO, these jeans are a slimmer pant and you will most likely be tucking them into the boot.
