comfortable and hardly noticeable
I bought these after I was getting annoyed at the stiff pads that came with my revit jacket. These make a world of difference. The pads almost disappear when you are riding and moving around with how they flex and move but whe I put my bike down yesterday on the trails they took the impact marvelously and I sustained no injury, not even sore. Over all I would recommend these to replace elbow and knee pads of other manufacturers simply for the comfort and safety.

Comfortable
The OEM knee pads in my Rev-It pants were very stiff and uncomfortable. Replace them with the KLIM and problem solved, they are much softer and flexible. Not sure about the protection but trust the KLIM brand.

Exactly as expected
I ordered these (as well as shoulder and back armour) to upgrade an older motorcycle jacket. Slight modifications were needed for the addition of a back panel, but the elbow and shoulder pieces fit and replaced the disintegrating black foam bits perfectly. The jacket weighs a fair bit more than it did prior to the upgrade, though that may largely be due to the addition of a back panel.
