Recently used this on a 4-day ride in 30+ deg C from Edmonton to Cypress Hills and back. So far I've had zero sloshing. Fill it about half way with ice, and then top it off with cold water. It stayed cool for well over an hour at a time. Nice to have cold water to sip while on the road. It does have a zippered pocket inside, but it's not really meant to carry much more than the bladder itself. I didn't realize you have to bite down on the tip to open the valve, and accidently twisted the on/off valve too far and broke it. That said, it still works fine and I've yet to lose the tip. The shoulder straps are well engineered and I found it very easy to put it on and take it off over my bulky Olympia riding jacket.

Great Hydration Pack
This is a great hydration pack, its the perfect size for my mtb adventures. Adjustable straps keep it nice a secure, also has a small separate pocket for my wallet and keys.

Holds 1.5 litres of water and has enough space in the little pouch to hold my phone and a spare spark plug and a 13/16 ratchet wrench I cut in half to fit in there for my spark plug so I’d say it does it’s job pretty good

Great for those rides.
Easy to adjust for fit.
Little bit of sloshing when the water is low but not as much as others I have had.

Been on a few rides so far. Barely notice it is there which is the whole point of it, tight squeeze with water filled, keys and couple essential tools on the trail but you can make it work.

Yes, this does come with a water bladder (bag).

It is not insulated around the hydration pack pocket.
