Just what I wanted
I have had the jacket for a month. I wanted a windbreaker for cooler rides or when the weather turns bad on an existing adventure. The jacket packs down nicely into the pocket. Easily fits into a backpack or with straps on the fender.
Sizing: I am slim 6'4" and 200 lbs. I wanted the jacket to fit over my dirtbike armour or my Klim Induction jacket (size: Large). I purchased the XL Stash Jacket and it fits over both with room to spare. I expect that the Large Stash Jacket would have been tight and limited my movement. The sleeve and overall length are good.
Performance: So far I am happy with the results. It has worked great at blocking a cold wind (5 degrees C) on a sunny day. It is just a shell with a mesh liner. No insulation. As long as I am active on the bike, it has kept the chill away.

Questions
If I wear a medium Klim Jacket, do i need the same size to wear over or do i need to go a size up (large)? And is this jacket waterproof/rainproof?
It is not required to size up. If you wear a medium jacket, the stash jacket in medium will fit over it. Yes, it is waterproof.
