Ordered a Klim suit for my wife we weren’t worried about getting it for Christmas but Frontline staff personally called and advised us due to flooding in BC that the item may not make it to my location before Christmas. Understandably wasn’t an issue then we received another call giving is an update on when it would be shipped which was fantastic. Highly recommend Frontline and will be shopping with them again 100%
