Kolpin do not list this vehicle under their fitment listings, but the item is pretty universal, and will fit most tubular ATV racks. You should check the item dimensions to see if it ensure it would fit your rack

Will this fold over if the bags/compartments are empty? Is the reinforcements to keep them stiff?
The bags are soft and not rigid. When full the cooler will provide the passenger a bit of a back rest. They will stay up on their own if empty, but not if the passenger is resting on them.
