Can this be used to monitor outside ambient temperature on a vehicle? Where would be the best place to mount the sensor?
Unfortunately this is not an ambient air temp gauge, so it is not made to measure the outside temperature. It may not provide an accurate reading if that’s what you are looking to use it for.
