Great Bag. I bought this because I was looking for a tail-bag that could hold a 15" laptop and a few days worth of travel gear. This bag easily accomplishes that. The only improvement would be to add a semi-rigid base to the bottom side of the bag to aid in mounting to rear seat / luggage rack. However, this bag is primarily designed as an internal bag for hard panniers, so that would be a bit out-of-scope. If your intention is to use it as a tail-bag, all you need to do is cut a piece of puck board or something semi-rigid to place in the bottom of the bag and you are good to go.
