Excellent Quality
Fits me alright. I am 5'10" 215lbs. I'm not too fat, just broad shouldered. The quadlock is awesome, and really does take the pressure off of your shoulders and redistributes the weight, which is great for longer trips. Build quality is awesome. The padding on the back works great and is quite breathable. My only real beef is the lack of compartmentalization. The main compartment is only one big space with an open slot for a laptop and the zippered pocket on the outside. Wish it had internal pockets to help with organization. Other than that great backpack!

Debated on which pack to get, ended up going with the R25. Exceptionally well made, fits great, and does not move when you ride or catch the wind at all!

Great bag

Does not fit.
I bought this backpack thinking that for the price, it should be great. Much to my disappointment it wouldn't fit me even with only a t-shirt on; no jacket. I have a 125 cm chest and it was tight. I can't comment on anything else because I returned it. I bought an Ogio for nearly 1/3 the cost and it fits me with my heavy adventure jacket with the thermal lining installed. I think the Kriega is designed for very slim riders. I'm not that.

The best.
Simply the best motorcycle backpack. I use this bag daily, especially to go to work. Easy to use with or without gloves. Holds very well in place and the attachment system distributes the load extremely well even if the bag is full. I have already carried 2 bottles of wine and a 4-pack of beer without any problems. No excessive weight on my shoulders.
The only "negative" point is the fact that at the start I was not able to tighten the straps enough (I'm 5'8'' 130lbs so it's a bit normal...) but I asked a cobbler to shorten the straps by an inche or two and now it's perfect!

Best backpack for 18 years, bought a second one
I bought the Kriega R25 18 years ago and used it on several trips and daily for commuting. It is still holding up and probably good for another couple decades. I bought a new one for my son. It looks to be built very similar but has improved buckles on it. Both backpacks share the design with the zipper at the top so even if you left it open on the highway your stuff won’t blow away or fall out. The straps open wide so it’s much easier than a regular backpack to get on and off over body armour. The straps are similar to a parachute harness so they don’t flap around in the wind. This backpack is worth every penny.

Good Quality, Sturdy Construction, Good Straps.
This is a high quality pack, made from very sturdy material. The straps are good. It has a main compartment and a smaller one for papers, phones, etc. It is a choice for about town, and carrying basic items as a supplement to saddle bags, etc.

could i fit a 15inch laptop?
I think so but tight, my son's 13" fit well.
