Does the job
I bought this roll as I was contemplating buying a brand specific tool kit and then thought, why? I have all those tools and can’t use them when I’m on the bike away from home anyway. I loaded this up fairly heavy and have been on 2 trips with it so far and. Any be happier. Has all the room I need and don’t need to make compromises anywhere.

Not quite perfect
Like almost everything from Kriega, this is very well built. I own two of these rolls. Will fit pretty well all your tools. My only complaint is that it's not quite tall enough. Some of your tools will go past the flap. My other complaint is the velcro strap is weak and when you stuff your tool roll, you are going to need another strap to hold it all in place. But, compared to the other options, this is one of the better toll rolls out there.

A nice small-mid sized tool roll from Kriega. Good quality and great for those small trips where you don’t need to pack all your tools. I’m sure it’ll suit me well for years to come.

Should be standard issue
Motorcycle manufacturers that still include cheap tools with their machines should wrap them up in this when they leave the factory. Tools can always be upgraded as needed, but every plastic tool bag I've ever had has started to disintegrate after about the third time it's been opened.

Questions
Has someone tried mounting this on the side of their bike? How did you mount it? I ride an XSR 900 and planning it to mount on the side.
I would be cautious about that. The side flaps that keep things contained can let out small sockets when jostled around too much. This might be exaggerated because I’ve over stuffed it though. Great tool roll though!
