All-weather adventure touring demands robust, reliable equipment. The TRAIL18 Adventure Backpack utilises Kriega's groundbreaking Quadloc-Lite™ harness, combined with high-tech construction materials to meet the needs of the adventure rider.
Composed of three sections: A heavy-duty zip access 7 litre rear compartment which is a perfect storage area for a Tool-Roll and water bottle or the optional 3.75 litre Hydration Reservoir. This area also has a small internal waterproof pocket for a phone and wallet, combined with the main roll-top body providing a total of 12 litres 100% waterproof storage. The innovative Hypalon net also provides more external storage for wet gear. Plus, with the QUADLOC-Lite™ Harness, it transfers weight from the shoulders to the chest and body, giving all-day riding comfort, even with heavy loads.

Awesome rising gear !!!
Great Backpack, solid, sturdy and high quality. Drypack pouches work really well. Overall a great backpack for riding. Not too big but not too small. Back supports are awesome and the small, medium and large markings on shoulder straps make it easy to adjust. Love it !!!

Ruggedly built and well designed.
Kriega is once again at the top of the list for luggage for me. I've loaded up the Trail 18 with an 800mL water bottle, a tool roll, a 15inch laptop/charger, a lunch, and a spare pair of riding gloves. A short hour ride and I wasn't any more fatigued that when I started. Compared to other non-riding specific packs I've used, the Kriega makes me feel the most comfortable where I don't have to worry about the straps flopping about or the bag shifting around when at lean angle. High adjustability, excellent strap management options, and a good amount of storage for commuting and potential day trips if you pack light. Pricy but quality, and Kriega has their 10 year warranty backing their kit.

Comfortable and quality build
I am 6 weeks into a ride from Canada to Panama and have worn this pack every day. The ride has had long stretches of offroad and paved. I bought the kriega hydration bladder so have been carrying water, my large laptop, mouse, charge cable and adapter, passport and other documents. I have found the pack to be comfortable, waterproof as advertised, and seems to be very well made. Very happy with the purchase so far. My only wish is that there were a couple small external pockets but that isn't a big deal. Another rider I met in Mexico had the kriega trail 18 as well and thought it was great. So two happy customers. I would buy it again.
