very nice product
Looks great on my bike after the plate modification. Im posting this picture so you all can see the plate is more covered by the frame, the outer letters are touching the sides of the frame because the plate had to be trimmed that much and new holes drilled in the plate to fit this mount. Take your time, trim and bend it carefully and it will turn out like this.

Worked Great!!
Plate holder worked great. No install issues, even though the fitment indicated it would not work on a Road King Classic. Plate holder fit just fine without issue with the fender, luggage rack etc...

Great product, looks great but hardware is garbage
Looks great. Take the advice of the other reviews. Throw the 3 bolts and nylock fasteners into the trash don't even try to use them. The first thing I did was thread all 3 together to see if they would thread and every one locked up before the bolts threaded through the nut. I tossed them and got my own stainless hardware. I would leave 5 stars had they not cheaped out on the crap screws. The ones holding the plate frame are fine.

Very high quality
I recently purchased the curved chrome plate holder and I was quite happy with the great quality. I live and ride in Ontario Canada and the plate fit perfectly. Highly recommended.

Bad hardware, wont work with BC plates
Just mounted this on my bike and the plate holder itself is very nice but the hardware is poor quality. One of the mounting bolts completely seized and sheered off when I couldn't loosen or tighten it. Also if you live in BC this wont work as its to narrow for our plates.

Super disappointed with quality
I recently purchased this for my dyna. When doing the install, the supplied hardware is terrible. I could not get the bolts to tighten firmly, and I did use the supplied gasket. When I tried to back the nut off the heads of the screws twisted off. I would expect much more for this kind of money... The holder is quite a bit smaller than Canadian motorcycle plates, quite a bit of trimming required... Curious to see if I get flack from the police.

Super awesome purchase!
This fit perfectly on my new 2017 HD Sportser 48 1200 XL. The Quebec liscence plates are about an inch too long for this item but I just cut it to fit and it's perfect. I also spray painted the screws black so that it has that blacked out finish and I couldn't be happier ;)

Questions
Will this fit a british columbia plate?
Unfortunately, this would not fit, as it fits standard US 4'' x 7'' plates, most Canadian, including BC license plates are 5'' x 8'' which would be slightly too big.

After installation the license plate led light flickers with turn signal. Best way to get rid of the flicker with my 2003 Harley Sportster XLH. Thanks

Without reflector is it legal in canada
Yes its legal in Canada although you must have the tail light that shines on to the plate. Licence plates must be illuminated at night in Canada, it's the law. Keep in mind that a Canadian plate will not fit in this frame but your plate can be trimmed, new holes drilled and carefully bent to fit.

Will this plate holder fit a 2013 Harley Sportster Iron and a Canadian plate?
My '13 Iron comes stock with the 3 hole tiangle mount.
In Canada (ON) the Iron comes with the same rear fender as the U.S. superlow model which this mount is compatible with. I think the confusion is that the U.S. Iron has a completely different fender.
